Important

Important notes

  • Eligibility is limited to the City of San Fernando and Sto. Tomas, Pampanga, within CSFWD/PW-CSF service coverage. Confirm coverage before relying on this service; not every San Fernando barangay or property is served.
  • No online application channel is confirmed; apply in person at CSFWD/PW-CSF Customer Service.
  • Tapping/installation, boring/jetting, cutting/breaking, excavation, restoration, and material charges are subject to current market values and site conditions. No universal flat connection fee is published.
  • This replaces an older legacy web workflow (1-2 day survey, fixed Monday/Wednesday orientation, 1-5 day installation), which is superseded by the current 2025 Charter's Day 1-9 process.
