Covers only 298 verified observations connected to 106 of the 303 canonical projects in projects/city-projects.json. Coverage is incomplete and does not represent all city projects. All observations are year-to-date figures from the source's own 'Total Cost Incurred to Date' field, which is not proof of cash payment or disbursement. Observations from different reporting quarters are separate and non-additive -- they must never be summed together, and no citywide total is published here. Currency is not stated in the official source documents (currency_unit is null throughout, not an inferred PHP value). Physical-completion and status fields are documentary observations transcribed from the official source, not independent field verification. Some observations are connected to a canonical project whose lifecycle_status is IMPLEMENTATION_REPORTED -- see projects/city-projects.json for what that status does and does not establish. No chart derived from this dataset may be titled or described as citywide spending, actual spending, or amount paid.

Uses the 2024 POPCEN baseline: 377,534 residents across all 35 barangays.

The polygon source is not an official PSA shapefile. PSA supports the codes, names, and classifications—not the polygon geometry.

City Finances is a selected set of official aggregate reports, not audited financial statements or complete City financial history. Source accounting concepts, funds, periods, cumulative treatment, accounting basis, and units remain distinct and must not be combined without explicit compatibility.

This is a bounded metadata-only export of 10 Full Disclosure Policy report records (2023-2026) with complete, documented verification already present in this repository as of 2026-09-11. It is not a complete Full Disclosure archive: the canonical inventory separately tracks approximately 200 official source records across 2020-2026, of which only these 13 have individual record-level metadata, and only 10 of those 13 have a verified official URL. No report's financial contents (amounts, line items, disbursements) are extracted, summarized, or published anywhere in this repository.

This is a bounded document-level index, not a dump of every city file. Laws and issuances, Full Disclosure, procurement plans and monitoring, project evidence, and service records remain in their canonical datasets and should be linked by the frontend rather than copied here. Publication and effective dates remain null unless stated by the document; WordPress upload paths are not dates. The 2022 renewal form remains linked from the current official forms page and is not represented as newly issued in 2026. The Privacy Manual describes itself as a living document that may be revised; users should confirm the current official version.
