Submit the written communication/letter of complaint in person to the Incoming and Outgoing Receiving Clerk, City Administrator's Office, and have it logged in the client logbook.

The City Administrator's Office refers the complaint to the concerned Head of Office for appropriate action (11 hours and 55 minutes).
