The City Public Employment Services Office (CPESO), under CIPPESO, works with employers on recruitment assistance, job-vacancy postings, and referral/placement activity, including job fairs and Special/Local Recruitment Activities.

Steps
How to apply
- 1
Submit a letter of intent by email, addressed to the City Mayor through the CPESO Manager.

If the letter of intent is approved, proceed to the Referral and Placement Section for an interview.

Fill out an Employer's Record Card (ERC).
- 4
Submit the company profile, current Business Permit, and other required documents together with job vacancies/orders.
- 5
If eligible for a Special Recruitment Activity or Local Recruitment Activity, secure the corresponding letter of no objection/approval.
- 6
Wait for release of the Letter of No Objection, where applicable.
- 7
For overseas recruitment activities, present the Special Recruitment Authorization to CPESO before the activity.

Important notes
- The Charter requires a "POEA License for Overseas Agency" and a Special Recruitment Authorization "issued by POEA." The Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) has since been reorganized; the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) currently operates the Online Recruitment Authority system for these applications. This service's core City employer-engagement function is current, but its overseas-agency documentary requirements are not republished here as independently current — verify current DMW requirements directly before relying on the Charter's POEA-specific overseas steps.
