The City Agriculture and Veterinary Office (CAVO), Veterinary Division / Regulatory Unit, issues a Meat Inspection Certificate and/or National Meat and Meat Products Certificate for carcasses inspected and passed at the City Slaughterhouse, for shipping or other legal purposes.

How to apply

Fill out the Meat Inspection Certificate / National Meat and Meat Products Certificate request form.

Submit the form to the Meat Inspector for assessment against the Animal Incoming Report.

Wait for and receive the MIC or NMMPIC.
