Steps
How to apply

Submit the Senior Citizen Discount application at CSFWD/PW-CSF Customer Service.

Customer Service validates and forwards the application.

Customer Accounts processes the new or renewal discount entry.

- Verified benefit: a 5% discount where monthly consumption is 30 cubic meters or below.
- No PWD, lifeline, or other discount procedure is currently published; this service covers only the verified senior citizen discount.
