How to apply

Submit the requirements and receive the application form.

Accomplish the application form and submit it for document review.

Claim the Grocery and Cinema purchase booklets for availing discounts.

Provide the information needed for Senior Citizen ID encoding.

Wait while the Senior Citizen ID is printed.

Claim the Senior Citizen ID and sign the releasing logbook.
