Important
Important notes
- The 2026 Charter's frontline wording states the fee as 'PHP 1 for every PHP 1,000 of Salaries.' Ordinance No. 2017-033 establishes a broader statutory basis (income from business, profession, or property, not salaries alone), which this service publishes with the Charter's narrower wording disclosed as a limitation.
- Whether Community Tax Certificates are also issued by deputized barangay treasurers is not published here; no current official list of issuing barangays was verified. Only the City Hall service is published.
- No official online CTC application or payment channel is currently verified. This service does not publish an online-payment URL.
