Important

Important notes

  • A Building Permit and Occupancy Permit from the Office of the City Building Official (OCBO) are prerequisites/evidence where applicable. The resulting Assessor tax declaration is not a building or occupancy permit and does not replace one.
  • No authorized-representative documentary requirement beyond the Charter's own owner-ID requirement is invented for this service.
