Steps
How to apply
- 1
Secure a queue number and proceed to Window 33, 34, 35, or 36. Documents are received, evaluated, and verified.

Wait while the tax is computed in the City's revenue-collection system and the real-property-tax bill / RPT Order of Payment (RPTOP) is printed.
- 3
Proceed to Window 38, 39, 41, or 42 and pay the corresponding tax.
- 4
The RPTOP is recorded and the Official Receipt is printed and released.
