    Government-issued ID (from the Charter's accepted ID set)

    Applies only: When filed by a representative

    Authorization Letter plus one photocopy of the owner's ID, for an authorized representative

    Current-year Real Property Tax receipt/clearance, or title evidence as applicable

    Applies only: For bank/agency verification requests

    Bank/agency request or attestation, for institutional property-verification requests

Steps

How to apply

  1. 1

    Get a queue number and file the request at the City Assessor's Clients Lounge / Window 22.

  2. 2

    Pay the fee at the City Treasurer's Land Tax windows and receive the Official Receipt.

  3. 3

    Return to Window 22 for printing, approval, and release of the certificate.
