One photocopy of the owner's ID (from the Charter's accepted government-issued ID set)

New Transfer Certificate of Title or certified true copy (original presented, one photocopy submitted)
Where to secure: Registry of Deeds

Transfer instrument: deed of sale, deed of donation, extrajudicial settlement, affidavit of consolidation with certificate of sale, or other legal ownership evidence

Current-year Real Property Tax receipt or clearance

Applies only: When required by BIR
Certificate Authorizing Registration, when applicable

Steps
How to apply
- 1
File the application and supporting documents at the City Assessor's Office.
- 2
Pay the assessed fee at the City Treasurer's Land Tax windows and receive the Official Receipt.
- 3
Return to the City Assessor's Office for encoding, approval, and release of the updated Tax Declaration and Notice of Assessment.

- This service updates the City's own assessment record and tax declaration. It is not land-title registration and does not replace registering a title with the Registry of Deeds.
- Payment at the City Treasurer's Office is a step within this Assessor service, not a separate Treasurer service.
