Certificate of Final Electrical Inspection/ Completion (Small Electrical)
The Office of the City Building Official issues the Certificate of Final Electrical Inspection/Completion (Small Electrical), as mandated by the National Building Code (P.D. 1096) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, to obtain electric utility service and in compliance with the Philippine Electrical Code (R.A. 7920).

Steps
How to apply

Submit proof of ownership and the CFEIC application at OCBO Receiving Windows 28 and 29.

OCBO's Inspection and Enforcement Division conducts the ocular inspection and the Electrical Engineer of the Permitting and Enforcement Division (PED) performs technical evaluation.

OCBO assesses applicable fees and prepares the Unified Order of Payment.
- 4
Pay the assessed fees at the City Treasurer's Office and receive the Official Receipt.
- 5
Receive the approved Certificate of Final Electrical Inspection/Completion at the OCBO Releasing Window.

- This service covers Small Electrical final inspection/completion only; it is not a general electrical permit or a large-project completion service.
- The physical inspection itself is excluded from this 3-working-day, Simple certificate-processing time.
- Availability of an inspection slot and immediate certificate issuance are not guaranteed.
- Online/downloadable OCBO forms are temporarily unavailable; obtain current forms/instructions directly from OCBO.
- No online filing channel is published. Submit in person at OCBO Receiving Windows 28 and 29.
