Steps
How to apply
- 1
Submit all copies of the required documents at the OCBO Receiving Window.
- 2
OCBO evaluates the documents and conducts the inspection through the Inspection and Enforcement Division.
- 3
OCBO assesses applicable fees and prepares the Order of Payment.
- 4
Pay the assessed fees at the City Treasurer's Office and receive the Official Receipt.
- 5
Receive the approved Certificate at the OCBO Releasing Window.

- Availability of an inspection slot and immediate certificate issuance are not guaranteed.
- Online/downloadable OCBO forms are temporarily unavailable; obtain current forms/instructions directly from OCBO.
