The City Population Office, under the City Health Office, issues the Pre-Marriage Orientation and Counseling Certificate required for obtaining a Marriage License.

Where to secure: City Treasurer's Office, City Hall (Window 37)

For foreign clients: photocopy of passport ID (1 copy)
Where to secure: Embassy of the Country of Origin

How to apply

Present your official receipt of application for the Marriage License.

Sign in the logbook and fill out the Pre-Marriage Counseling Form and the Marriage Expectation and Inventory Form.

Receive your scheduled date for Pre-Marriage Orientation/Counseling.
