How to apply

Submit a request letter approved by the City Administrator's Office to the City Mayor's Office/City Administrator's Office.

Wait for confirmation of your request and coordination between the City Health Office and the HEMS Unit regarding the planned event.

Wait for the HEMS team to be approved and deployed, subject to staff availability, on the agreed date, time, and place of the event.
