Steps
How to apply

Get a queue number.

Allow the Health Care Provider to take your vital signs.

Proceed to the midwife area and answer the Health Care Provider's questions.

Lie at the examination table.

Listen to instructions/advice on family planning, breastfeeding, and post-natal care.

Place your baby on the examination table.

Give information for your newborn's hearing test.

Listen to the Health Care Provider's instructions/advice.
