Steps
How to apply

Register your visit and chief complaint, and have your medical history and vital signs taken (using your prior treatment record if you are a returning patient).

Undergo an initial health assessment; you may be referred to the Rural Health Physician if needed.

If you need a higher level of care, receive a two-way referral slip and instructions, or a referral to the nearest hospital, facility, or the CHO-HEMS Unit for urgent or emergency cases.

Receive the appropriate treatment.
