The City Health Office provides basic mental health assessment through staff who have undergone specialized training, including the provision of mental health-related medicines, at designated access sites such as the San Nicolas Main Health Center and Rural Health Unit III.

Steps
How to apply

Visit the access site (San Nicolas Main Health Center or Rural Health Unit III), accompanied by a legal guardian or authorized representative if needed, and provide your chief complaint and medical history for registration.

Wait while trained staff conduct an initial health assessment; you may be referred to the Rural Health Physician if needed.

If you need a higher level of care, receive a two-way referral slip and instructions.

Receive available medicines, home-care instructions, and a follow-up schedule.
