The HUG (Health, Understanding and Growth) Center of the City Health Office offers free HIV testing and counselling, Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP), condoms and lubricants, and Anti-Retroviral Therapy (ART) management to help address the HIV situation in the region.
