Steps
How to apply
- 1
Pay the smear fee at the cashier and receive the official receipt.
- 2
Present the receipt and your Health Certificate (Pink Card), then proceed to the examination room as instructed by clinic staff.
- 3
Undergo the physical/smear examination and any required laboratory testing as scheduled, and receive health counseling and instructions from clinic staff.
- 4
Claim your Health Certificate (Pink Card) from the Designated Floor Manager, Monday to Thursday, 4:00 PM–7:00 PM.
