Availment of Post-Exposure Prophylaxis / Anti-Rabies Vaccine
The Animal Bite Treatment Center (ABTC) under the City Health Office ensures the provision of Post-Exposure Prophylaxis / Anti-Rabies vaccine to all Fernandinos.

Before You Apply
Requirements
Prepare these requirements before visiting the office.

Applies only: One of the following proof-of-residency/identification documents is required
Voter's ID or Voter's Certification (original or photocopy)
Where to secure: Commission on Elections (COMELEC), City Hall

Senior Citizen ID
Where to secure: Office of the Senior Citizens Affairs, City Hall lobby

PWD ID
Where to secure: City Social Welfare Office, Old City College Building, Heroes Hall, CSFP

Kayabe Card
Where to secure: Office of the Community Affairs, City Hall
- 5
Any government-issued ID showing City of San Fernando, Pampanga residence

Steps
How to apply
- 1
Present your requirements at the Animal Bite Treatment Center (ABTC) to be logged in the patient logbook.

Undergo examination and assessment by ABTC staff.
- 3
Provide all information needed for the National Rabies Prevention and Control Program (NRPCP) Rabies Exposure Registry.
- 4
Wait while staff prepare your Post-Exposure Prophylaxis Card and prepare the vaccine.
- 5
Receive the vaccine and medical advice, including referral to other ABTCs if necessary and your schedule for your next visit, if any. Note: the first two (2) doses are free for registered Fernandinos; booster doses are not free.
