Steps

How to apply

    Submit the Ambulance Request (Patient Transfer) and the patient's current hospital records to HEMS.

    Wait while HEMS personnel review your requirements and conduct a brief interview.

  3. 3

    Wait while HEMS staff assess whether the patient is fit to travel or for discharge, subject to approval by the HEMS Medical Coordinator/City Health Officer.

  4. 4

    Wait for a text message or call from HEMS informing you whether the request was approved or disapproved, and coordinate further details if approved.
