    Where to secure: Respective Barangay

    Photocopy of a valid ID (e.g. Voter's ID or Police Clearance)

    Where to secure: Respective issuing agency (private or government)

Steps

How to apply

    Secure and fill out the PESO Employment Information System (PEIS) Registration Form.

  2. 2

    Submit the fully accomplished PEIS form for review and interview.

  3. 3

    If qualified, wait for referral to a community-based training, or a referral slip to a partner Technical Vocational Institution (TVI) for school-based training.

  4. 4

    Sign upon receipt of the referral or referral slip.
