Mayor's Working Permit and Mayor's Clearance Application

Current online application intake. Its relationship to the Charter's later in-person verification, payment, and release steps is not established.

Important

Important notes

  • A current CSFP Citizens Portal online application ("Mayor's Working Permit and Mayor's Clearance Application") is available in addition to the in-person process above. The online form does not visibly display the Charter's documentary checklist, fee, or processing time, so it is not established whether online submission replaces or only precedes the in-person verification, payment, and release steps described here.
  • Fees and processing times are attributed to the 2026 Citizen's Charter, 2nd Edition; they have not been separately reconfirmed by a newer source.
