The City College of San Fernando Pampanga (CCSFP) Learning Resource Center (LRC) issues a referral letter so students may use other libraries for references not available at CCSFP.

Fill out the requisition form; the Library verifies your details.

Wait for the referral letter and Letter of Appearance to be prepared and released.

- Availability is subject to Library hours; use of the referral letter at another institution is also subject to that receiving library's own availability and hours.
- Fees and processing times are attributed to the 2026 Citizen's Charter, 2nd Edition; they have not been separately reconfirmed by a newer source.
