Requirements

Prepare these requirements before visiting the office.

    Request letter signed by the police officer in charge or a private requester with reasonable grounds for viewing or copying CCTV footage

    Where to secure: Community Police Assistance Center (COMPAC) or requesting client

  2. 2

    Request letter or barangay report signed by the barangay chairperson

    Where to secure: Barangay Hall with jurisdiction

  3. 3

    Any valid ID with complete address

    Where to secure: Requesting client
