Parents' marriage certificate (1 photocopy)

Steps
How to apply

Submit the complete birth-registration documents at CCRO Window 46.

Wait while CCRO evaluates, encodes, registers, and obtains approval.

Receive the registered local document.

- CCRO registers the local civil-registry record. Any later PSA Security Paper certificate is issued separately by PSA.
