MAYOR’S PERMIT FOR BUSINESS (NEW BUSINESS)

Business License and Permit Division (BLPD)

The Business License and Permit Division under the City Administrator's Office is directly responsible for the issuance of a Mayor's/Business Permit for regulating the operation of businesses within the territorial jurisdiction of the City of San Fernando, Pampanga. Any person doing business in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga can avail of this service.

    Applies only: For water refilling stations, water works systems, bulk water, water vending machines, and ice manufacturers

    Certificate of Certified Water Operator Course or commitment to attend training, Sanitary Plan, Sanitary Engineer's Report, applicable physical/chemical test results, Certificate of Potability, and applicable microbiological test results for Total Coliform, E. coli, and Heterotrophic Plate Count. Testing frequency and raw/product water requirements depend on whether the source is a deep well or Water District; course, plan, and engineer-report exceptions apply to water vending machines and ice manufacturers

How to apply

  1. 1

    Accomplish the application form and submit all necessary documents at the Business License and Permit Division, Windows 11-16.

  2. 2

    Pay the corresponding taxes and fees at the City Treasurer's Office, Windows 6 or 10.

  3. 2.1

    Receive the Official Receipt, Community Tax Certificate, and Claim Stub. Return on the date indicated in the stub.

  4. 3

    Claim the Mayor's Permit at the Business License and Permit Division, Windows 61 or 62, complete the Claim Stub, and drop it in the Suggestion Box.
