ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE OF NO BUSINESS
The Business License and Permit Division under the City Administrator's Office is directly responsible for the issuance of a Certificate of No Business to affirm the validity of business record/information of an individual.

Photocopies of the owner's and representative's IDs. Accepted identification includes UMID, Driver's License, PRC ID, Passport, Senior Citizen ID, SSS ID, TIN ID, PWD ID, Solo Parent ID, Postal ID, School ID, Company ID, or Government Agency ID if no other government-issued ID is available

Steps
How to apply

Submit the Certificate of No Business and completed Request Form at the Business License and Permit Division, Windows 61 or 62.

Pay the corresponding taxes and fees at the City Treasurer's Office, Windows 5-10, and receive the Official Receipt.

Give the Official Receipt to BLPD staff at Windows 61 or 62 and wait while staff prepare the certification.

Claim the Certificate of No Business at the Business License and Permit Division, Windows 61 or 62, and drop the Feedback Form (CSM) at the Suggestion Box.
