Steps
How to apply

Submit the Mayor's Permit at the Business License and Permit Division, Windows 61 or 62.

Pay the corresponding taxes and fees at the City Treasurer's Office, Windows 5-10, and receive the Official Receipt.

Give the Official Receipt to BLPD, Windows 61 or 62, and wait while staff certify the permit.

Drop the Feedback Form (CSM) at the Suggestion Box.
