Important notes
- Walk-in and on-site processing times are distinct; on-site requests take substantially longer than walk-in requests. Vaccine or medicine availability and staff scheduling are not guaranteed, and emergency or outbreak response may affect deployment. Dated barangay vaccination campaigns are not permanent availability.
- Fees and processing times are attributed to the 2026 Citizen's Charter, 2nd Edition; they have not been separately reconfirmed by a newer source.
