The City Agriculture and Veterinary Office (CAVO), Agriculture Division, issues a Certificate for Bonafide Farmers to farmers listed in the Updated General Master List, for use in private or government programs, financial or machinery loans, and other transactions.

Prepare these requirements before visiting the office.

Barangay Certificate confirming bona fide tiller/farmer status (1 original)
Where to secure: Barangay Hall

Transfer Certificate of Title, or DAR/CLOA documentation (1 photocopy)
Where to secure: Registry of Deeds or DAR
Steps
How to apply

Sign the logbook and submit the required documents.

Participate in the interview and masterlist validation.
- 3
Receive the order of payment and pay the corresponding fee at the City Treasurer's Office.

Return to CAVO and present the official receipt.
- 5
Verify the correctness of the information encoded in the certificate.
- 6
Wait for approval and signing of the certificate.
- 7
Receive the Certificate for Bonafide Farmer.
