Naaangkop lamang ang availability ng serbisyo sa loob ng saklaw ng CSFWD/PW-CSF — hindi lahat ng barangay o ari-arian sa San Fernando ay sineserbisyuhan. Walang universal na flat na bayad sa bagong koneksyon, online payment, online application, o 24/7 na hotline o tanggapan na inilathala; pinapanatiling sinuri ang dalawang hiwalay na pamamaraan sa reconnection at isang pamamaraan ng maintenance na sumasaklaw sa walong teknikal na subtype.

Bayad: Assessed application fee (PHP 400.00 residential/government, PHP 1,000.00 commercial) plus tapping/installation, boring/jetting, cutting/breaking, excavation, restoration, and other site-dependent material charges. Not a single flat connection fee.

Reconnection of Accounts Disconnected Within Twenty-Four (24) Hours

CSFWD/PW-CSF reconnects a water service account that was disconnected for delinquency not exceeding 24 hours, once the amount due is paid.

CSFWD/PW-CSF reconnects a water service account that has been disconnected for more than 24 hours, including prior voluntary or delinquency disconnections.
