Dalawang publication-reviewed na pamamaraan ng sertipiko ng Citizen's Charter na kasalukuyang inilalathala mula sa Office of the City Building Official (OCBO).

Ito ay limitadong koleksyon ng dalawang pamamaraan ng sertipiko ng OCBO, hindi kumpletong imbentaryo ng serbisyo sa building, zoning, o land-use. Nananatiling hindi nailathala ang building permit, certificate of occupancy, zoning clearance, at iba pang transaksyon sa building/zoning habang hinihintay ang paglilinaw mula sa source. Sinusunod ng mga bayad ang PD 1096 Schedule of Fees at naaangkop na regulatory o ordinance charge; walang nakasaad na fixed na halaga sa piso, at hindi kasama sa nailathalang oras ng pagproseso ng sertipiko ang mismong pisikal na inspeksyon.

The Office of the City Building Official issues the Certificate of Annual Inspection and Certificate of Operation, as mandated by the National Building Code (P.D. 1096) and other referral codes, to promote public safety, order, and welfare.

Certificate of Final Electrical Inspection/ Completion (Small Electrical)

The Office of the City Building Official issues the Certificate of Final Electrical Inspection/Completion (Small Electrical), as mandated by the National Building Code (P.D. 1096) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, to obtain electric utility service and in compliance with the Philippine Electrical Code (R.A. 7920).
