Issuance of Sanitary Permit (New Business – Crematorium)
The City Health Office's Environmental Health and Sanitation Division (EHSD) issues Sanitary Permits. All business establishments must secure a Sanitary Permit when applying for a Business Permit, to ensure the establishment complies with health and sanitation laws and ordinances in the City.
