Paano mag-apply

Obtain and complete the Compost Purchase Order Form at the BOSS-CENRO Desk.

Receive the order-of-payment form, then pay PHP 350.00 per sack at City Treasurer's Office Window 5 in the City Hall main lobby and obtain the official receipt.

Present the Compost Purchase Order Form and official receipt at the City Composting Center in the CGSO Compound, NPM, Del Pilar, City of San Fernando.

Complete the acknowledgement receipt and compost acceptance slip, sign the logbook, and receive the ordered compost.

- Purchase and pickup are subject to current compost availability. Obtaining a form or seeing this service listed does not guarantee that compost is available for immediate purchase or pickup.
- Only the current Charter's PHP 350.00-per-sack route is published.
