Community-Based Skills Training
The City Public Employment Services Office (CPESO), under CIPPESO, coordinates community-based skills training with barangays and TESDA for out-of-school youth, unemployed, underemployed, and disadvantaged residents seeking self-employment or productive livelihood skills.

Paano mag-apply

Submit a letter of intent addressed to the Barangay Captain regarding the proposed training.

Wait for the Barangay to inform its constituents about the training being offered.

Wait to be called or informed for training orientation.

Attend the training proper.

Attend the skills assessment, if applicable. A training allowance or starter kit may be provided under the program.
