Request for Vegetable Seeds and Request for Vegetable and Fruit-Bearing Seedlings
The City Agriculture and Veterinary Office (CAVO), Agriculture Division, provides vegetable seeds and vegetable/fruit-bearing seedlings to individual farmers/clients, associations, and institutions, subject to availability.

Fill out the visitor's logbook, or submit a request letter, stating the seeds or seedlings needed.

For large-quantity requests, wait for a technician's site inspection or field visit to determine the approved quantity.

For seedlings, present the Approved Request Slip at the City Nursery and wait for release.

Receive your seeds or seedlings, subject to availability.
