Fill out the Veterinary Service Request Form and undergo an interview.

Provide details of your request, or submit a request letter, and sign the logbook.

Discuss your issue or concern with the assigned technical staff, or have your seminar/training request logged with its proposed date, venue, and target audience.

- Walk-in consultation is available; seminars and training are dependent on CAVO's schedule, staff, venue, and target audience, and are not continuously open. One-off livestock distributions or training events are not part of this standing service.
- Fees and processing times are attributed to the 2026 Citizen's Charter, 2nd Edition; they have not been separately reconfirmed by a newer source.
